Contractors Legal Group
Established in 2009, and founded with our Managing Partner, John Bradley, Contractors Legal Group (“CLG”) is a contractors membership organisation that works closely with the Joint Contractors Tribunal (‘JCT’) in representing Main contractors interests across all JCT contracts.
CLG (“CLG”) works closely with the Joint Contracts Tribunal (“JCT”) in representing Main Contractors’ interests across all JCT contracts.
Adjudications
We have helped clients achieve significant success in construction adjudications. Notwithstanding the strict timetables involved, RCB has been able to win or defeat many adjudications for clients, professionals, specialists, clients or contractors.
